Clinical Trial Education Institute LLC (CTEI)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Clinical Trial Education Institute LLC (“CTEI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”):

  • clinicaltrialeducationinstitute.com     — our corporate informational website
  • cte.institute     — our learning management system (LMS) where users access courses,      training programs, and related materials

By accessing or using either website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our websites or services.

CTEI is a U.S.‑based company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our websites. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of Our Websites

A. Corporate Website (clinicaltrialeducationinstitute.com)

This site provides general information about CTEI, our services, and our mission. You may browse the site for informational purposes only.

B. LMS Website (cte.institute)

To access courses, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

CTEI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Course Access and Enrollment

When you enroll in a course on cte.institute, you receive a limited, non‑transferable license to access the course materials for personal, non‑commercial educational use.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce course content
  • Share login credentials or course materials
  • Use course content to create competing products or services
  • Record or redistribute videos, slides, or assessments

All course content is owned by CTEI or our licensors.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on both websites — including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software — is the property of CTEI or its content providers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Reverse‑engineer any part of the LMS

5. Payments and Refunds (LMS Only)

If you purchase a course:

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information
  • Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors
  • CTEI does not store full credit card details

Refund policies will be stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the websites for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Interfere with website functionality or security
  • Upload malicious code
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Harass or harm other users or CTEI staff
